Welcome to True Ink Collectables ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at shoptrueink.com or purchasing from our eBay store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or make purchases from our store.

2. Products & Authenticity Guarantee

True Ink Collectables specializes in authenticated autographed memorabilia across sports, music, and entertainment. Every item we sell is verified by trusted third-party authentication services, including Beckett Authentication Services (BAS), James Spence Authentication (JSA), and PSA/DNA.

We stand behind the authenticity of every piece in our collection. If any item is determined to be inauthentic by a recognized authentication authority, we will issue a full store credit or replacement at our discretion. Due to the prevalence of fraud, counterfeits, and tampered items in the memorabilia industry, we take authentication extremely seriously and require all buyers to maintain the integrity of authentication materials (stickers, holograms, certificates) on returned items.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been processed successfully.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Free shipping is available on orders over $300. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. True Ink Collectables is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Return & Store Credit Policy

Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of authenticated memorabilia and the high risk of fraud and item substitution in this industry, the following return policy applies:

  • Return Window: Buyers may request a return or exchange within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Pre-Approval Required: All returns must be submitted by contacting us directly and must be approved before any item is shipped back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Store Credit Only: Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Cash refunds are not available except where required by law or in cases where True Ink Collectables is unable to verify the authenticity of an item we sold.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to approved returns.
  • Item Condition: Returned items must be in original condition with all authentication materials (stickers, holograms, COAs, and packaging) intact. Returns with missing, altered, or tampered authentication materials will be declined.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, images, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of True Ink Collectables and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Ink Collectables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact us directly at charlie@mpactamplified.com to attempt resolution in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws, rather than through court proceedings.

9. Fraud Prevention & Account Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to any buyer engaged in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: submitting chargebacks in bad faith, attempting to return substituted or counterfeit items, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any deceptive practices. Suspected fraud may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
