At True Ink Collectables, we take great care in packaging and shipping every authenticated item to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $300 within the continental United States. Orders under $300 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All items are carefully packaged with protective materials to safeguard authenticity labels, framing, and memorabilia during transit. Shipping method is selected based on item size, value, and destination.
For the protection of both buyers and sellers, orders over $150 may require signature confirmation upon delivery. All shipments are insured for the full purchase value. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (additional charges may apply for non-continental destinations).
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders are subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days. True Ink Collectables is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Every order includes a tracking number, sent via email once the item ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your Shopify order confirmation page. If you have questions about your shipment, please contact us at charlie@mpactamplified.com.
If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. For items that arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that expedited and overnight shipping options are not available for these addresses.
